The site
cloudaxe.io is CloudAxe’s marketing and support-request site. It describes our apps, web support, and hosting services. Product accounts, sign-up, and billing for products such as HIPAA Compliant Forms are handled on separate application origins and are governed by the terms presented there.
Support requests
Submitting the web support intake form or contact form sends us the information you provide so we can respond. It does not create a client relationship, an SLA, or any commitment on either side until we agree on work in writing (for example, a quote or a signed agreement).
Acceptable use
Don’t use the site to send unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or probe our infrastructure, or misrepresent who you are. We may block traffic that abuses the site.
Content & ownership
Site content, branding, and code belong to CloudAxe or its licensors. Product names and marks belong to their respective owners. You may link to our pages; please don’t republish our content wholesale without permission.
Warranties & liability
The site is provided “as is.” Descriptions of services and pricing are informational; final terms for any engagement are set in the applicable quote, agreement, or product terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudAxe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

Changes
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
