Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 22, 2026
This policy explains what information CloudAxe (“we”, “us”) collects on cloudaxe.io and how we use it. If you have questions, contact us at support@cloudaxe.io.
What we collect
This marketing site does not require an account and does not collect protected health information (PHI). Depending on how you use it, we may receive:
- Information you submit: when you use the web support intake form or the contact form, we receive the details you provide (name, email, and the message or request itself).
- Usage data: if you accept non-essential cookies, Google Analytics records standard analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level), device type, and referring site.
- Technical logs: server logs record request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security monitoring and troubleshooting, retained for a limited period.
How we use it
- To respond to your support requests, quotes, and questions.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To keep the site secure and available (monitoring, abuse prevention).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies & analytics
Essential cookies and similar technologies keep the site working (for example, remembering your light/dark theme choice). With your consent, we also use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure usage. You can decline non-essential cookies using the consent banner, and you can change your mind by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser.
Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party providers to operate the site, such as Google (Analytics) and our hosting and email providers. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.
Data retention & your choices
Form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Server logs are rotated. You may request a copy of personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@cloudaxe.io.
HIPAA note
CloudAxe offers HIPAA Compliant Forms as a separate product. Account sign-up and any PHI handling happen on the dedicated HIPAA application origin — never on this marketing site. If you are a covered entity, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. See also our Terms of Service.
